How it works

Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.

Through Neighbourly, ALDI has donated surplus food and products, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.

  1. 1

    A business gives

Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.

  2. 2

A local good cause puts it to use

Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.

  3. 3

People get the support they need

Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.

  4. 4

    Every contribution counts

Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

Also food donated by the community will be very welcome indeed, excess produce from your fruit trees or over flowing veg patches for example. A share what you like and take what you need experience! The Larder is a shed, based adjacent to Silverton Community Hall When and how often will it operate? The larder is open 24/7 and supported and maintained by a wonderful team of volunteers.
