We are one of the many Welsh Government’s project Big Bocs Bwyd, which is a ‘pay as you feel’ community shop based in a converted shipping container at Ysgol Bro Banw in Ammanford. We are also developing the school garden for the pupils and the wider community to use to learn how to grow fruits and vegetables.

Based in the heart of Tumble and operated by Llannon Community Council, we have refurbished some unused rooms in the pavillion to offer a warm, safe place. We wish to stop good food going to waste and encourage goods to be reused or recycled. Y Cwtsh will provide a Community Pantry; Warm Space; Advice clinics & support; Book Share; School Uniform Shop and Christmas Toy Shop. We will provide opportunities for local people to volunteer.
