Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.
Through Neighbourly, ALDI has donated surplus food and products, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.
Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.
Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.
Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.
Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

We are a non profit making charity that address isolation, loneliness and poverty by offering free meal or even just a cup of tea or a coffee and a place to meet for company. Donations are welcome. We supply surplus food donated from local shops.

Kirkcaldy, UK
Greener Kirkcaldy is a community-led charity and development trust working locally to benefit people and our environment. We would like to see a future where everybody is able to heat their home affordably, eat well, and tread more lightly on our planet. We work towards that by delivering projects to meet the needs and aspirations of local people: tackling fuel and food poverty, protecting and enjoying the environment, and bringing the community together. Our Community Fridge redistributes good quality surplus food from businesses and individuals. We receive donations from local businesses, organisations, and individuals. Anyone is welcome to come and take food from the fridge.

Redemption House provides food, clothing and advice to those in need for the relief of the poor. Situated in Kirkcaldy Fife, it reaches out to Buckhaven, Methil and Leven. The project will not only bring people together in a safe place and provide them with something to eat but also arrange for individuals to take food home for their families too. Counselling is offered by an experienced care co-ordinator who can signpost rough sleepers to shelters in the area to ensure they have a roof over their heads. This food hub is unique in Kirkcaldy in that it is open during the day in the week. This will enable more people to benefit from the service and support families who are on tight budgets and are keen to provide healthy food options for their children.
