Looprun is a response division and part of an independent social enterprise. This is more than food and is part of a supportive services platform to help people get sustained in their own individual way. With up to 94% success rate and seeing once those receiving free Looprun response bags to returning to stores as shoppers with baskets full. These are the impact stories created when all come together to do good for good. Service users are signposted to Looprun mostly from referrals including professionals in social and healthcare. Looprun provides free non perishables, perishable food, toiletries, and brand new clothing to people facing a temporary challenge. Whatever supermarkets, stores, and retailers can do is turned into a grateful donation to a neighbour in need. This is a response to real people in real-time. No food is banked providing a direct in and out service. We believe if the food is stored then a person in need is not getting any food, hence we provide an instant response and instant impact service. Looprun has access to professional volunteers who carry out a confidential support service to people in need. From homeless shelters, hostels, sheltered housing, care homes, soup kitchens and schools. This is a non voucher, free and confidential service. This means Looprun can reach more people in need with food donations. Anyone that receives a Looprun bag of essential food items is sustained thus creating a loop cycle. Breaking the waves foundation (BTWF)was founded in November 2020 after our founder had been assisting residents of Failsworth with food parcels, non essential food items and preloved clothing and toys since the beginning of COVID-19. Due to the demand we have now set up BTWF and are currently supporting families on a weekly basis. We also provided those families in financial hardship with gift parcels for their children to open on Christmas Day, this was with the support of Axiom and local community groups. We wish to expand and not have to decline any request for support and the only way we can do this is by having continued and regular support from local businesses. We therefore would consider gifted items of food and toiletries. Thank you

At Apostolic Faith Church Manchester, we are committed to putting Christ’s love into action by serving those in need across our city. Through our welfare and outreach ministry, we support individuals and families experiencing hardship — whether that means financial struggles, loneliness, or simply needing a helping hand. We provide food parcels, toiletries, and essential household items, as well as a listening ear and encouragement, to bring hope and comfort to our neighbours. Our heart is to reach people of all ages and backgrounds, from low-income families to the elderly and those who feel isolated. But we cannot do this work alone. Your donations of non-perishable food, toiletries, and other essentials make it possible for us to continue showing care in practical ways.
