Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice Grace’s Place supports local children in living with life shortening conditions and their families’ in north Manchester. We do all that we can to give families the opportunity to spend quality time together, creating memories which they can cherish for a lifetime. Our hospice is the perfect place for the whole family to receive the support they need, our care is always tailored around what the family wants, whether that be relaxing in our teenage room or having an amazing time in the sensory room. We also offer Hospice at Home support, taking our care into families’ homes, be it hands on care for the child, sibling support or perhaps even just giving parents the chance to step back from their role as carer and just be Mum and Dad again. We do all that we can to help children and their families share precious moments and make magical memories together.
