Dudley Stroke Association (DSA) is an independent charity based within the Dudley Borough providing information and support to people who have suffered a stroke, together with their families, carers and friends. DSA also supports a number of group activities that take place each week where people in a similar situation meet and make friends. These include coffee mornings, lunch groups, exercise groups, communication groups and a family and carer support group.
