Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.
Through Neighbourly, B&Q has donated products and volunteer time, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.
Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.
Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.
Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.
Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

The Joff, located in Peacehaven, East Sussex, is a youth hub for individuals aged 13-19, or up to 25 for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). We offer a variety of weekly evening youth sessions designed to help young people express themselves, including groups such as LGBTQ+ , young women's, young men's, and the Friday Night Project. Additionally, we host a biweekly youth disability group every Saturday. Currently, the Joff Youth Hub is undergoing refurbishment, but our youth sessions continue to run consistently each week, emphasising the importance of our services. Due to tight budgets, we strive to ensure that our young people get the most out of their experiences. Many face food insecurity and challenging home situations, making these sessions crucial for connection, expression, and fun. We would greatly appreciate any support you can offer, whether it’s donating surplus food, promoting the youth hub through your channels, or providing volunteer assistance. We look forward to the possibility of connecting with you. We accept volunteers from the age of 16+ We invest in our volunteers: - Free uniform provided - Extensive Training -Claim travel expenses to and from the Youth Hub - 1:1 Support Sessions - Access to East Sussex County Council Employee Assistance Program for any wellbeing needs - The volunteering Co-ordinator can be a reference for pathways into employment Make a difference and volunteer with young people today! The Outlook Foundation is a charity empowering adults with learning disabilities through safe, supportive homes, where they can learn the life skills they need to live as independently as they choose. We work with each person to create their fully personalised support plan, helping them to learn life skills such as budgeting, cooking and using public transport, so they can live their lives to the full. We provide a forever home to those with higher needs; supported living houses for others; and support in their own flat for those ready to take that step.
