The Shakespeare Hospice is based in Shottery, Stratford-upon-Avon. Each year, we support and care for over 1,000 adults and young people. We offer several specialised services to our patients, including: day hospice, hospice at home, counselling, pre and post bereavement support for families, young people and children, transitional care for 16–24 year olds, support for young carers, and spiritual, emotional, and complementary therapies. Our hospice is not just about end of life care; we provide support and compassion alongside our patients and their families throughout their journey from diagnosis through to treatment, and survivorship. All of our services are free at the point of delivery but they are not free to provide. We therefore rely heavily upon the generosity of the people in our local community. The Shakespeare Hospice is your local Hospice, and your support will ensure that we are here for you or your loved ones should you ever need us.
