Our project supports young mothers (typically under 25) and their babies who are often experiencing vulnerability, housing instability, or complex personal challenges. Many of the young people we work with may have experienced care system involvement, homelessness, family breakdown, domestic abuse, or mental health difficulties.

CCP provides assistance for socially deprived young people, particularly those aged from 16 to 25 years; to provide accommodation for homeless persons; to provide for those in financial need; and to provide support and resettlement advice to those in need or at risk. We also house and support young people in care.

We provide a community pantry that provides a safe environment for people to come and do their weekly shopping for £4, Alongside the Pantry we run a community cafe Community allotment, job hub, digi hub, weekly parent carer coffee morning, SEND specific youth clubs and detached and in place youth groups. Our aims are: to help reduce social isolation working with people of all ages reduce food insecurity provide safe and meaningful youth work within our communities
