Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.
Through Neighbourly, B&Q has donated products and volunteer time, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.
Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.
Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.
Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.
Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

We are the PTA for Ghyllside School in Kendal, Cumbria. We are currently supporting the redevelopment of the school garden, a space which will be used for educating children about nature, biodiversity, food growing and other environmental issues. We would welcome any offers of materials to help with this project, especially garden tools, a shed, compost, bark, wood chippings, plants/trees/bushes, pots and timber for raised beds.
