How it works

Here's how businesses create local impact through Neighbourly.

Through Neighbourly, B&Q has donated products and volunteer time, turning business resources into meaningful community impact.

  1. 1

    A business gives

Through Neighbourly, businesses donate resources to local good causes.

  2. 2

A local good cause puts it to use

Support goes directly to charities and community organisations, helping them free up time and resources to focus on what matters most.

  3. 3

People get the support they need

Whether it's a hot meal, essential products, a safe place to meet or someone to talk to, support reaches people in ways that make a real difference.

  4. 4

    Every contribution counts

Together, these contributions create real, measurable impact in local communities. That's social value in action.

We are a local authority nursery who offer a service for children aged 2-5 in the Langlees area in Falkirk Council. We have 30, 2’s places and 80 3-5 spaces. We are in one of the most deprived areas in Falkirk, as such we see a lot of families who are experiencing difficulties relating to food insecurity and poverty.
