ALDI GILLINGHAM

We, are a, Christian run ministry, but we are, dedicated to change, the, lives of those who have been through domestic abuse, trauma and hardship no matter what race or, religion we offer a warm welcome, space to meet and we also offer our reach programmes to help notice the signs of abuse, heal and become an advocate in the, community. We are drive n to change the lives of those impacted by abuse and trauma. Men women and children. We always thrive to find ways to eleviate the pressure followed on from such circumstances. We can refer to services, offer programmes tailored for the individuals needs and be support in general. (befriending) We look forward to meeting new people and encouraging them to find their purpose in life. We have an accredited domestic abuse programme and have run confidence building sessions, worship sessions and project MOM. We run a drop in every Monday Including Bank Holiday and school holidays. The charity have a number of volunteers who either do food drops within the community in various areas {i.e. Cuxton, Snodland, and Rochester}, distribute vulnerable families who they know that are struggling. The food is also distributed to Twydall Evangelical Church, community centre, charities like Our Community Spirit. The food is also used to cook for the homeless, One Big Family, Helping the Homeless. We collect from Co Op, M&S, Lidl, Aldi, KFC and Tescos There is no charge as our volunteers. They do this to help the community or people in need. They are selfless volunteers who want to give back to the community knowing they are not getting any expenses paid for.

Chatham CitiPantry is a community project run by RCCG City of David, Kent. The Church is situated at Snodhurst Bottom, Walderslade Road, ME5 0LU. CitiPantry opens every Thursday Morning and Sunday afternoon to provide support to those in need within the community. In order to fulfil our objectives, we have partnered with other local agencies in fulfilling our mission. Our food supply is predominantly from Neighbourly and our food distribution services are free. We have a wonderful team of committed volunteers with positive energy help to make everyone feel welcome.
