The British Heart Foundation is the leading funder of cardiovascular research in the country. With over 7,000,000 people living with heart disease in the country today, our aim is to reduce the impact of CVD as well as funding expansive research to help this and future generations.

One in four of us will experience a mental health problem each year and at Suffolk Mind, we believe we can all do more to look after ourselves and the people around us. We want to make Suffolk the best place in the world for talking about and taking care of mental health. Suffolk Mind works across the mental health continuum from wellbeing to ‘severe and enduring’ mental ill-health, providing support and information for everyone. We offer a range of services across Suffolk: anger and anxiety management courses, counselling, Waves, supported housing, GreenCare and Workplace Wellbeing. At Suffolk Mind we want to help everyone to make a life that works.

St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people living with a progressive illness across East Suffolk and Waveney. Our work centres around an individual’s needs - this means we bring specialist support wherever it's needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice. We help people deal with problems such as pain, anxiety and fatigue, as well as offering practical advice and family support. We rely on the generosity of our supporters who help in many ways such as volunteering, fundraising, donating and supporting our shops. Thank you!
