We run more than 80 services across Wales aimed at supporting vulnerable children young people and families. These range from emotional wellbeing and family support through to adoption and fostering. We help young carers who have responsibility for looking after parents or siblings, we support the disabled and bereaved and help care leavers as they make the transition to adult life. We also support children and young people who have been trafficked, exploited and abused.
