There are currently 45,000 people with dementia in Wales and this number is set to keep rising. In Merthyr alone there are 788 people living with dementia but with the help of M&S Merthyr Tydfil and the wider community, we can raise vital funds to support people living with dementia, as well as their family and carers, while also searching for a cure. By collaborating with our community, we can achieve more. Marks and Spencer have chosen Alzheimer's Society Cymru as their charity of the year and we look forward to working with them over the next twelve months.
