We are an independent food bank that rely on public donations,fund raising and other sources of surplus food. We then make up food parcels of a mixture of surplus and fresh Long life items for our clients. We offer a collection or delivery service 7 days a week. As with all organisations and charities the demand is becoming greater so we are very big on zero waste when it can be used.

We are a small local charity with a constitution and what we do is help struggling families with food parcels and household items if needed. We have so far sent out 5000 food parcels in a year but we do help with funding and donations so we can carry on helping the community

Brinsley Food Bank is a non-profit community group helping people who are suffering from financial difficulties by providing food parcels. We are based at the Parish Hall, Cordy Lane, Brinsley and are open every Wednesday from 10am til 11.30 for residents to collect food parcels. We cover Brinsley, Underwood, Jacksdale and Westwood.
