Providing important knowledge to communities about how important it is to know about Paediatric First Aid skills. We provide free* courses to anyone who is pregnant, has a child under 12 months or is struggling financially.

Millie's Trust has been established following the loss of our daughter Millie in a choking incident at nursery in October 2012. As parents of a child ourselves we believe that everyone should have access to First Aid Training no matter what their situation in life is. We aim to make First Aid Training readily available for minimal costs and in as many places as possible. Our course participants have said that they feel more confident and empowered, knowing they can help if they find themselves in an emergency. It's eye-opening when people realise how how you can save someone by having first aid knowledge.

St Ann’s is an incredible, independent local charity that cares for around 3,000 patients, as well as their families and carers, every year who are affected by cancer and non-cancer related life limiting illnesses across Greater Manchester. We deliver care that is special and unique to each individual person through our Inpatient, Day Therapy and Community services. Our care is based on the simple idea that a person who has a life-limiting illness or is dying – is still very much a living person, with unique physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs. St Ann’s Hospice wouldn’t exist without the incredible support of the Greater Manchester community. Our care is free of charge, but we only receive a third of our funding from the NHS. The rest is down to the kindness of our supporters. At St Ann’s we need to raise the equivalent of £16,000 every single day just to keep our doors open.
