Booth Centre helps people affected by homelessness to rebuild their lives. We are here to bring about positive change in the lives of people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and help them plan for and realise a better future. We do this by providing activities to help people rebuild their confidence and learn something new while having fun. We run arts, employment and skills sessions daily and offer everyone a healthy breakfast and lunch. Advice is available to help people find accommodation and overcome the practical difficulties they are facing. Everyone needs a safe place to call home, positive relationships and a purpose in life. We're facing challenging times, with homelessness and rough sleeping on the increase. At The Booth Centre, we have twenty years in helping people to break the cycle of homelessness and we are well placed to meet this challenge. You are welcome to join us in our mission to help rebuild lives. We're always on the look-out for caring, friendly helpers to join our team. Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Booth Centre. They welcome people to the Centre, signpost them to where they can get more help from us or other services, give advice, help serve food and drinks, support our activities programme and spend a lot of time listening to people. You can also help by sharing our page across social channels and spreading the word about The Booth Centre within your community.
