Our families can access a wide variety of Workshops, Training courses, Clinics, Guest Speakers, Play Sessions, Sporting Activities, Cooking, Fitness, and Self Defence Classes. We work tirelessly as our charity is entirely self funded. In 2016 our charity is delighted to expand on the Welsh Government Strategy to raise awareness of Autism in towns, cities and local communities across Wales by creating “AUTISM CHAMPIONS” in consumer and retail industries. Our fun and interactive workshops are run and hosted by individuals and parents living with Autism. The workshops offer organisations and businesses of all shapes and sizes an opportunity to engage in continued professional development. This will enhance the day to day consumer and retail experiences of thousands of children, young people and adults living with Autism.

About Radio Glamorgan: We are an award-winning hospital radio station that serve the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our volunteers present shows and work behind the scenes to ensure that patients' time in hospital is as pleasant as possible.

Sadly Luke passed away in 2012 after heart surgery, he was such a special boy whose memory will live on by those who knew and loved him. He was the bravest boy we all knew and were so proud he was ours. Luke was always smiling, so happy and full of life. He never let anything stand in his way, with his gorgeous cheeky smile, mischievous ways and amazing personality, he truly touched our lives. He was very thoughtful, kind, and always thinking of others. Along the way he overcome many hurdles with his determination, especially when he was paralysed in 2009 from a cardiac catheter and doctors were not hopeful that he would walk again, but he sure did! Luke was such a little fighter and amazed everyone that knew him, he never complained about any medicines he had to take, hospital appointments, and even surgery, he understood it all. Even after operations he just wanted to get on with life and go and play, he was and still is truly inspirational. Lukey was one in a million and will always be dearly missed. We will never ever forget him and he will be in our thoughts and hearts forever. We are carrying out his wish to help children just like him who suffer from heart disease. Congenital heart disease is a common birth defect affecting approximately 9 in 1000 births in the uk (nhs choices 2014) and can have a devastating effect on children and their families. We have experienced many ups and downs and hope by raising funds we can make some things that little bit easier to cope with. The funds raised will go to the children's cardiac unit (Heulwen ward) at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.
