Through this piece of work we hope to be able to provide a number of NEET individuals,(Young people not in education, employment or training.) aged 16-25, an opportunity for them to gain some real world work experience. Saints Foundation are aiming to team up with Hollywood Bowl providing opportunities for participants to shadow their employees at both Southampton & Eastleigh branches to give them an experience working within a real business. This practical experience will help the young people to put in to practice the employability skills they are learning in a real life working environment which will be invaluable in future job applications.
