She most recently worked as a senior business analyst and product manager with major outsourcing specialist, Capita. Her previous experience includes senior roles in two software start-ups and management consultancy with Accenture.Mercer joins the Neighbourly team to ensure the product roadmap for the Neighbourly platform is strongly aligned to user needs and priorities and the platform provides a seamless on-boarding process, for both causes and businesses, underpinned by first class operational policies, processes and procedures.
