The Highbury Inn Birmingham

MHA South & West Birmingham (formerly) MHA Selly Oak Live at Home Scheme works to reduce loneliness and isolation often experienced by older people. We provide Befriending services, social groups, outings, exercise classes, walking groups, escorted shopping, Dementia group and light luncheon clubs. Our Befriending service provides older people with the opportunity to receive a visit from one of our volunteers each week. This helps to reduce loneliness and social isolation as regular contact is made and new friendships are formed.
